FAQ
Do I need my own Shopify account?
Yes. You sign up to Shopify (the free trial is fine) and add me as a collaborator. The store is yours from day one.
What else will I pay for?
Your Shopify plan, any paid apps, your domain and your stock. I'll tell you exactly what you need before you pay me anything.
What do you need from me?
Your product (a supplier link or your own photos), price, sizes or colours, store name, business email and returns address. The build time (5 working days standard, or 48 / 24 hours with express) starts once I have these.
Do you guarantee sales?
No. I build you a professional store that's ready to sell. Sales depend on your product, price and marketing. If you want help with ads, ask about the ad creative pack.
How do I pay, and can I get a refund?
Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice: a deposit before I start, and the rest before handover. Full refund if I haven't started, 50% once the build has begun, and no refund after handover.
